Namazati puterom strane i osnovu tepsije za kola\u010de.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Za pravljenje kore, istopiti puter u tiganju na slaboj vatri. U seckalicu ubaciti keks i samleti ga dok ne bude li\u010dio na prezle, i zatim dodati u istopljeni puter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dobro izme\u0161ati i sipati u tepsiju i ravnomerno rasporediti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staviti u toplu rernu na 10 minuta, dok ne dobije tamniju boju. Nakon toga izvaditi i ostaviti da se ohladi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U me\u0111uvremenu, za pravljenje fila, uzeti vi\u0161nje sa sirupom, izrendati koru od klementina i iscediti sok, uzeti 150g \u0161e\u0107era i sve staviti u tiganj na srednju ja\u010dinu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kuvati oko 20 minuta ili dok sve ne postane gustine kao sirup. Ostaviti da se ohladi sa strane.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Odvojiti \u017eumanca i belanca u dve \u010dinije. Dodati preostalih 200g \u0161e\u0107era u \u017eumanca, i umutiti mikserom 5 do 7 minuta, dok ne postane vazdu\u0161asto.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Umutiti belanca dok se ne dobija \u010dvrsta struktura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staviti krem, krem sir i vanilu u tre\u0107u posudu i blago umutiti.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Polako mutiti i dodavati me\u0161avinu \u017eumanaca u me\u0161avinu krem sira i na kraju dodati belanca. Nanesite smesu na koru i polako dodajte i prome\u0161ajte smesu od vi\u0161anja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stavite cheesecake u zamrziva\u010d preko no\u0107i.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kada budete servirali, napravite toping od \u010dokolade. Stavite \u010diniju u tiganj sa vodom koja je zagrejana, dodajte \u010dokoladu, slatku pavlaku i puter.
