Olju\u0161tite, isecite na \u010detvrtine i dodajte luk, poklopite i kuvajte 20 minuta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>U me\u0111uvremenu, olju\u0161tite i sitno iseckajte beli luk, i pripremite li\u0161\u0107e \u017ealfije.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zagrejte rernu na 200\u00baC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sklonite poklopac, i kada je te\u010dnost ve\u0107inom isparila, napravite mesta u sredini. Dodajte 3 ka\u0161ike ulja, beli luk, ljutu papri\u010dicu, ve\u0107inu listova \u017ealfije, i onda izrendajte koru limuna. Kada bude zlatne boje, dodajte pelat paradajz, naspite 2 konzerve vode i neka polako kr\u010dka 20 minuta uz povremeno me\u0161anje.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sklonite tiganj sa vatre, narendajte sir i za\u010dinite sa biberom i solju.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iscepkajte listove lazanja i dobro prome\u0161ajte da se natope i razdvoje, a zatim izvucite par listova na vrh da bi napravili gornji sloj.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Izmrvite bademe i utrljajte ostatak listova \u017ealfije u ulje i sve to stavite od gore.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iskoristite ka\u0161iku i napravite povremena udubljenja i pecite jo\u0161 25 minuta. Dodajte istu koli\u010dinu crvenog vinskog sir\u0107eta, malo maslinovog ulja i sve dobro izme\u0161ajte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Olju\u0161tite i sitno iseckajte crveni luk, sitno isecite ljute papri\u010dice, krastavac isecite na \u0161tanglice, \u0161argarepu olju\u0161tite na trakice, i sve poma\u0161ajte u \u010diniji.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dr\u017ee\u0107i drugu polovina nara na dole, udarajte varja\u010dom dok sve semena na ispadnu na salatu. Uzmite i iscepkajte pola listova mente, i pospite ih preko salate. Sklonite sa strane za sada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Za humus, sipajte pola tegle leblebija u seckalicu i za\u010dinite solju i biberom. Dodajte puter od kikirikija i 2 ka\u0161ike maslinovog ulja, olju\u0161tite i dodajte beli luk, narendajte koru od pola limuna i iscedite ceo. Seckajte dok tekstura ne bude glatka i prespite u \u010diniju. Dodajte par listova per\u0161una i malo maslinovog ulja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dodajte 2 ka\u0161ike leblebija u tiganj na srednjoj vatri sa jednom ka\u0161ikom ulja. Pospite sa paprikom i dukkah, i kuvajte 5 minuta ili dok leblebije ne postanu zlatne boje a zatim prelijte preko humusa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Za falafel kuglice, uzmite ostatak leblebija i listova mente i stavite u seckalicu, zajedno sa gra\u0161kom i bra\u0161nom. Isecite na \u010detvrtine limun, uklanjuju\u0107i ko\u0161tice, i seckajte dok se sve ne sjedini. Napravite kuglice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stavite jednu ka\u0161iku maslinovog ulja u tiganj na srednjoj vatri i ubacite kuglice. Pecite svaku stranu oko 4 minuta i dodajte kumin seme nakon svakog okretanja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sada je vreme da sve spojimo. Zagrejte somune u rerni na nekoliko minuta i izmrvite pista\u0107e (ako ih koristite) u avanu. Sipajte soja jogurt u \u010diniju i me\u0161ajte uz dodavanje chilli sosa.
