Zatim dodati i ostatak brasna, kao i so i maslinovo ulje. Ponovo izmesati, rukom na kraju<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posle 30min uraditi strach&amp;fold, 2 puta sa 30min razmakom. Zatim uraditi tuck&amp;fold 2 puta sa 30min razmakom i na kraju ostaviti jos 30min pre nego poklopiti i ostaviti u frizider, min 12-16 sati. Testo je i prilikom razvijanja uvek poklopljeno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Izvaditi testo i ostaviti 3 sata. Zatim dodati jos malo maslinovog ulja, prebaciti u ciniju u kojoj ce se peci i nezno ga ispritiskati. Ostaviti jos dva sata pre pecenja, nepoklopljeno.
